  • Yes!

    However, I am based in the UK so international shipping costs a little extra than national shipping. I am also not responsible for any customs charges or import tax so please check these before placing an order.

  • I aim to dispatch orders within 1 week of ordering.

    Please note I make, package, and ship everything myself, as well as work full time, so please allow extra time if you need your order to arrive by a certain time. You will be notified, by email, when your order has been dispatched.

  • If you have paid for tracked shipping you will recieve a tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can use this number on the Royal Mail website.

  • I cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, especially during busy periods or disruptions. Please allow for 2 weeks for UK orders and 4 - 6 weeks for international orders.

  • Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail from the UK.

  • I do! Unless stated otherwise I design and make all my products.

  • I don’t offer gift wrap but I am happy to include a short message or change any names on notes included in the order. Please leave a message at checkout or use my contact form.

  • As of right now I don’t openly offer commissions.

    However, if you have a project or commission in mind please do still get in touch.

    I reserve the right to pick and choose commissions I wish to take on. Whether I take on a commission or not depends on time and content.

  • You can cancel or change your order before it is dispatched by contacting me via the contact form or via email: amycharlottedesigns28@gmail.com

    Please do not use social media as I may not see your message until it’s too late!

    If your order has already been dispatched, you will be required to return the products before any refund or changes are made.

  • If you wish to return your order please do so within 14 days of your order arriving, and contact me to let me know. Once I receive the return I will process your refund providing the products are in good condition.

    The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the order.

    If your order was returned to me because it could not be delivered, I will contact you directly, I ask that you pay the additional shipping charge to resend the order if it’s required.

  • Once your order is handed over to the Post Office or courier I cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

    Please contact me via the contact form or email if you suspect any of these issues and we can try to resolve them. Refunds will depend on whether the loses can be claimed back.

Please Note:

I try to photograph all my work in the best lighting possible, however there may be slight changes in colour and texture that do not show up well on camera.

I reserve the rights to all my work and the right to post photos of my work, including commissions, across all my social media platforms.
